Social Security Number (SSN) Inquiry price
The SSN Inquiry is an invaluable tool in preventing application fraud and returns any identity information found with regard to the social security number under query. This search reveals the name(s) and addresses of the person(s) associated with the number, as well as the date the information was reported. You will discover where and when the SSN was issued, if it is valid or if it has been issued to a person reported as deceased.

Credit History Report price
This report provides a credit history profile of your applicant through one of three direct credit wholesalers. We provide expedient credit report information covering the entire United States (including Alaska and Hawaii) as well as US Territories such as Guam, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands. We can also provide you with an international credit pull from Canada.

Credit reports will provide seven years of credit history and also provides any existing public record items with regard to credit such as:

Collection items and status
Judgment items and status
Lien items and status
Chapter-7 bankruptcies (reported for ten years after filing)
Chapter-13 bankruptcies (reported for ten years after filling)

Our credit reports also provide you additional address and social security number information. You will learn if the address on inquiry is a mail receiving facility, a state or federal prison mail-drop or a motel/campground. It will reveal if the address on inquiry has recently been reported used in known or suspected fraud cases and whether the Social Security Number has been reported in connection with suspicious activity.

We provide you the option of pulling credit reports with "risk-predictor" scores. These scores help determine the likelihood of serious credit risk over a one to two year period from the time the report was pulled.

Credit Report Decision Model (CRDM)
This report returns one of the three possible outcomes based solely on your prospective applicant's credit report. Your applicant's credit history report is reviewed by a thorough set of criteria specifically designed for the rental housing industry. The CDRM provides an Approved, Approved with Conditions or Declined result and evaluates every applicant equally, thus taking the guesswork out of reading complex credit reports.

Public Records Search price
Public record searches provide you with information on any case filed through the court system. We are on-line, direct with all courts in Washington and have networked to provide you with case information filed in any other State as well. We can provide both instant access to statewide case data as well as real-time research at county levels. A national criminal search is also available.

Public record searches and criminal background checks can reveal such information as Felony Charges, Drug Related Offenses, Domestic Violence, Unlawful Detainer (Eviction) Filings, Civil Judgment and Collection Filings as well as Misdemeanors, Criminal Non-Traffic, Criminal Traffic, Infraction Traffic, Infraction Non-Traffic and more.

Our reverse directory is always up to date. We update on-line as often as needed. Don't be fooled by databases which are updated twice yearly or perhaps even once a year. We provide searches by name, phone number, address and profession covering the entire United States. These searches are immediate and we charge no fee for reverse directory searches to our members.

The Full Report

We do it all! The Full Report includes the Credit History Report or the Credit Report Decision Model (CDRM) and Public Records Search as described above, and incorporates the verifications/references obtained with regard to your applicant's rental history, employment and banking information. We search our acCESS history database as well as cross-reference all addresses reported by your applicant as well as all additional addresses found which were not listed on the application. Our experience has been this additional step can provide very enlightening and often times crucial information.
