We have instant access to statewide criminal records, allowing you to instantly search all available public records offered by that state. Since not all states offer complete coverage, we also have a network of court researchers across the country and can provide you with hand-pulled criminal court data research on the county level as well. Eviction searches are name matched and will provide you with the date the eviction was filed, the plaintiff's name and if a money judgment was obtained. He or she will receive a secure, electronic application with appropriate authorization releases and legal compliance documents included. Your applicant will complete the application on the computer by filling in the blanks, legally sign it with an electronic signature and return it directly to our secure system for processing (he / she can also pay for the screening with credit card at the same time!). We'll know immediately to process the application for your account and all you have to do is wait for our email announcing the report information is ready for review.
