Before moving forward with Membership, we remind you to view the Compliance section if you have not already done so. Review of the compliance section will allow you to become familiar with terms used in the documents below.

We have provided all forms necessary for legal compliance and due diligence with regard to obtaining tenant screening services. Please see the appropriate sections.

  Property Management and Owners with Rental Property Business
  License

  Please print and complete the following documents:

  Application for Membership
  Membership Agreement
  Property Sheet

  Return them along with a copy of your business license.

  Please note: We will contact you once the documents are received and
  notify you of receipt and of the pending order for a site inspection.

  Independent, Private Landlords and Homeowners

  Please print and complete the following documents:

  Membership Agreement
  Property Sheet

  Return them along with a copy of:

  A current Driver's License (enlarged if possible)
  A document verifying property ownership
  (ex: tax assessor's statement, insurance statement, or any document which
  reflects your name and address of your rental property such as a utility bill,
  etc.)
